Operations Personal Assistant

We are looking for an assistant in full time to support our management team in Bucharest.

We are specialists for intimate digital dating and entertainment solutions and work with models and online influencers to assist them with managing social media profiles, posting content, engaging with followers and building strong digital brand relationships.

In this role your daily tasks will be centered on supporting our management team in the operational processes. You will help with correspondence, filing, organize schedules and other tasks that flexibly arise in the company.

Your role will be in a team of enthusiastic colleagues with solid and ample training and guidance. Our company operates in a hybrid model that gives you flexibility to work in our modern facilities, at home or anywhere else at a flexible schedule.

Your tasks

• Support with daily operations
• Assist management with scheduling, research and other tasks as needed
• Correspondence and screening of contacts reaching out to our management team
• Making travel arrangements

What you’re good at

• Excellent in written and spoken English and Romanian
• Good computers skills
• Ready to dynamically work on a range of tasks
• Any formal education, training or experience in operations, communications, project management, economics or similar is appreciated but not required
